Componentize the site and divide each into client-side dressing and server-side "base" markup
Detect client config on server. Move user agent directive server-side, render all IE detect tags server-side. Lodpi and hidpi doesn't matter that much because we simply serve vectors to non-PC (hi-dpi surface counts in the Mac bracket)
