🐛 Bug

The refresh_upstream_peer_stats function attempts to select nodes using a method called the_good_ones. However, this method does not exist in the current implementation, causing the function to default to the first node in the playlist.

Consequently this node 70.15.242.6:8080 has been experiencing intermittent sync issues for the last few days resulting in users balances not being current in Carpe and thus additional support requests.
