Collection of onramp doc issues

This issue is a place to collect all the known cases of old/incorrect/invalid doc that the public might run into, with the goal to fixing up these potentially confusing references.

1. Blog site here has a drop-down menu link to "Docs[ext]" that leads to a place in the legacy-v6 repo that is surely not a good place to read about v7.
2. The "Developer resources" page in the blog site has a link to this Diem repo, and no other repo. Should either link to our Diem fork, or some other more useful repo.
