Override schema not working

I have a ceiling fan light combo device from Arlec with is Tuya and I want to add it to homekit
However it doesn't match any of the supported device schema already implemented.
So I tried to override it as per the instructions but it doesn't work

Anyone got any ideas how to fix, log and config below
