Hi,

I was wondering, if you could provide support for Inverter Pool Heat Pump. I have it installed, I have the logs, I can provide them as needed & can provide support if as well.

Nope. My device is clearly reporting back as "Product Category rs" in the Tuya IoT service platform.

And yes, I need a developer, this is not my home-turf.
