How do I map multiple temp sensors from one device?

I have a Raddy Pt-3 set of three temp sensors. I have made a custom mapping which works for the first temperature sensor, but I don't know how to add the second and third sensors. I can't duplicate the device as that's not supported. Does anyone have any idea? The following JSON will work for the first sensor Tin but not the second ToutCh1 which isn't shown in HomeKit
