Buy market orders not showing errors if not enough token balance to pay fees

When doing Buy market and not buy limit it's not stopping you if you don't have enough token balance to pay fee (we are using custom ERC20 token for fees), instead it let you process the transaction all the way and at the end it shows the transaction has failed but the ETH fees are gone.
