Add microformat to output?

I'm using this to PESOS photos from Pixel fed to my site. Working great but I have question about the output. This may be more of a general 11ty question and not the appropriate place to so apologies for that.

I want to see if 11ty can auto add the microformat u-photo to the output html. So it would change 'img src' to 'img class="u-photo" src'.

Is this something that is possible?

I actually figured it out last night using image plugin. I Hadn't been using plugin yet but once I figured it out (I'm teaching myself as I go) it was a simple add of u-photo to the imgAttributes section.
