So that we have a clear idea of the use cases driving updates of the project dashboard (why and when), we should do research with project leads.

What are some of the common reasons they would want to update?
Are any of these updates time critical? (let's say they want to send out a press release, or tweet something and information on the dashboard is not up to date, or otherwise incorrect)
other questions?
