For example, knowing the large % of industry that will access through the api helps add context to the online form vs focusing on API.

Frontloading with benefits this new product brings would also help assessing value and generating enthusiasm. How many emanifests a year? How many paper when there is a what percentage all cued up for api's from private industry, etc.

There will be a page on the EPA site about the e-manifest program after their content management system conversion. It may be ready in February. Depending on the timing of its availability, we can link to the EPA page or add content to the e-manifest system.
