新版延时很大 #2125

服务器是v2ray最新版，采用vmess，用v2rayNG1.5.2版延时200ms左右，用1.8.1版本延时600ms左右，什么原因？

经过逐个版本测试后发现1.7.34版本延时是正常的，之后的版本延时翻倍，手机是鸿蒙系统
