Config File for Custom Mob Compatibility

I love the concept of this mod and would appreciate it even more if you could add a config file that allows users to extend its functionality. This would let players assign the custom sheep behavior from this mod to other sheep added by different mods, simply by specifying them in the config. The same would apply to the dog behavior, enabling compatibility with modded dogs as well
