Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The plugin currently has a create_table method but not one for creating views.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implementation of creating a database view similar to the one for creating a table.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using the query method ie db.query("CREATE VIEW IF NOT EXISTS ...
