category index pages to replace overview page

Right now clicking on a category heading like "3DStreet Editor" or "Tutorial: ..." shows a listing of pages and a brief description. We use an "Overview" page to create a description of the contents of the category.

Instead, we would like to have the contents of Overview visible when clicking on a category title, and to list the pages beneath that.
