[epic] creator (advocate) persona v1 street design and share tools

as an advocate I want the ability to choose a location, see existing conditions, and propose new conditions

as a user modifying one or more streets in a 3dstreet scene:

• i want to first select a street or intersection object
• then i want the ability to select the segments within the street
• then I want to make changes to the segment within the Editor properties panel
• then when I make those segment changes, I'd like those changes to be shown instantly in the scene
• example segment property changes: clone mixin on segment -- which mixin? what frequency? vehicle control on / off / auto / etc.
• stencils: which words, which frequency

general themes:

• ability to create scenes from scratch
• ability to geolocate scenes
• intersection / zoom out
• select streets first, then internals
• "segment component" that behaves in a certain way and allow for dynamic changes
• perhaps the segment component has schema properties that are similar to streetmix? or easily converted to/from
• improved Editor cross section view - include substrate and better size / positioning
• improved viewer mode - orbit controls centered around street configuration, better lighting / background / ground interplay
• basic backgrounds to choose from?
• basic shadows / better lighting
• better trees?
• in viewer mode hover over street segments?
• in viewer mode show dimensions of segments?
• animated vehicles and people that have clipping plane start / stop at segment beginning / end
• clouds / animated things in sky like airplanes, helicopter, zeppelin
