I am working with neonatal data and using both MRtrix3Tissue (3Tissue_v5.2.9) and MRtrix3 (3.0.2). I would like to learn more about the differences in basic commands between the fork and the main software package. I ask because I accidentally discovered that in MRtrix3's tck2connectome, the radial search radius is 4mm, whereas in MRtrix3Tissue, it is 2mm, making the connectomes not directly comparable. Now that I am aware of this difference, I can address it. However, are there any other "hidden" differences between the two pipelines (besides the fact that MRtrix3Tissue includes the SS3T algorithm) that I should be aware of?
Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Anna
