I know backend is not compatible with Redis cluster and documented it in this section: https://github.com/3scale-labs/high-availability/blob/4a9c35008ccda140861f9ec16fd351a1d9f4db8b/ha_dbs.md#backend-redis-and-system-redis

We should clarify there whether system is compatible with Redis cluster or not.
