Dropdown menu shouldn't push masthead down

Currently, the dropdown menu in the header pushes the masthead on the home page down. It might be preferable if the masthead instead remained in place.

However, ideally, the masthead should still be pushed down when the dropdown menu actually comes in contact with the masthead, so the menu doesn't cover the masthead text.

Note: Dropdown menu is only visible when browser width is less than or equal to 1200px.
