Improving PDF with documentation

Hi all,

I noticed that "starting from DSpace-CRIS 7 the technical documentation is available on GitHub as a downloadable PDF in the release version" (https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACECRIS/Technical+and+User+documentation).

I have a few suggestions to that PDF:

• add page numbers at every page
• include page numbers to the table of contents (TOC)
• make links in TOC clickable
• move Release Notes from the beginning of the file to Appendix, so that the file will start with "Getting Started" after TOC
• make font for section titles much bigger and place those titles in the center of a page (see the current "Getting Started" title at the page 14, it's too small and hard to understand that it's a new section)
• make all links in PDF clickable (currently that's not the case)
