It is easy to reproduce by clicking different tables in OnlineTables.vue for multiple times.

Here is the backend error message.

E1102 15:39:44.960912 79732736 sql_cluster_router.cc:2198] table with name user in db SYSTEM_FEATURE_PLATFORM does not exist
