5ET-1248 Items Filter: Filter by Skill

Be useful if the filter on the items page could let you filter items which affect certain Skills; i.e. all items which affect Perception, or Stealth, etc.

Who would use it?
I think everyone would, as it would allow you to easily find a item which affects a skill which a player either wants to improve or a DM wishes to use as loot.

How would it work?
Under the filter page, have a section called Skills, with the 18 skills as options.

Why should this be added?
Makes it easier for everyone to find items which affect skills.
