5ET-1264 Overhaul "search modals" to match Omnisearch

A stripped-down search modal is used in various places throughout the site (DM Screen panel "+" buttons; DM Screen Encounter Builder "Add Monster" button; Creature Homebrew Builder search for spells; RPG Cards JSON Builder "Search for "; ...). This search modal has no (or worse, hidden) filtering, and displays less information than Omnisearch (source color; SRD/legacy status; etc.), despite fundamentally using the same search engine. Refactor the current Omnisearch implementation such that it can be used as the backend for these search modals, and replace them throughout the site.
