Remove special character from brand before save

Describe the bug
There is a brand name in the database like "Coca-Cola®". Special character like "®" need to be removed before the brand name gets saved.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to the admin panel in the backend and search for the product with the ean code 5000112611878

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
