Template not using casparcg defined functions

I have played around a bit with you html template for hype and have two questions

1. why are you using hype defined useractions instead of calling start and stop JavaScript functions when user presses the Start and Stop buttons in you little helper tool? Modifying your renderFrame so that it is not calling itself but rather type hype function to play animation it will work as expected . I can create PR for you if you want to review
2. I don’t understand how the text fields gets populated. I can not access the code in the helper component for the update function . The update JavaScript function does not seem to be called , so I guess you access the DOM in some way other than how Caspar would do this . Can you share the code fire these buttons also?
