Pause ignored when starting

Hello,
It seems that when SVT is initialising, it ignores Pause On.
I'm not sure of the issue but when

• Domoticz starts or restarts
• Pause switch is on
• Heating is needed

then, SVT switches heater on.

I must mention that pause switch is drived by another switch with timers (When Power Supply is cheaper or not)

Good pick... Need to change the logic in the onHeartbeat function... Requires some thinking though. Can you check this out yourself and propose a change ?

I also noticed a problem with the Pause function.

In this heating season, I use window sensors and I noticed that the heating turns off when I open the window, but after it is closed, the thermostat does not resume heating. Changing the Pause OFF parameter does not help (I also set it to 0). I am asking for improvement in operation.
