CBOR support for IoT applications?

It would be useful to have CBOR support.
Imagine gathering sensor data or animal tracking pics, spy cameras, etc. and uploading the gathered data as a cbor sequence application/cbor-seq to be stored in PostgreSQL bytea types (1GB max data) or more useful perhaps Large Objects lo (4 TB max data).

Also, instead of JWT, CWT (CBOR Web tokens) support?
