Add macOS to Podspec or SPM (or flag only Catalyst)

Can you add macOS to the podspec / SPM or replace "supports macOS" with "supports MacCatalyst"?

The changes you made for NSView 👍🏻 can't be imported. #305 , #295, #283, #222
