Change headline of "Preparation" to "Preparation Process" or "Preparation Event"

In order to avoid the confusion of the metadata for "preparation artefacts" with "preparation processes" the headline of the section "Preparation" should be changed to "Preparation Process" or "Preparation Event", because in the current DINA UI the process metadata is addressed (e.g. fixative). Thus, this would make it more clear to users.
