- Organizer receives confirmation E-Mail from [email protected] (see Utility & Configuration Management)
- Event Router is notified of event request via E-Mail & appends request to a queue of pending events (see Internal Role & Membership Management)
- Event Router deals with request (asks for more information if necessary)
- Event Router or newly appointed Event Administrator comes up with quote and sends to organizer as attachment/html page
