Description

Include git rebase instructions in the hive docs GitHub readme.

Why

For central point of information detailing development workflow for the hive docs.

Close Criteria

  • Include instructions on the readme.

How to contribute instructions are currently not in the README file. If we have different contribution instructions for the dev team and the non ACCESS-NRI staff, then we could have a version on the README file as well. Looking into this issue.
