I suggest we add the license file from the CICE-consortium CICE5 repository to this repository.

e.g. https://github.com/CICE-Consortium/CICE-svn-trunk/blob/main/LICENSE.pdf

Arguably this license was created after this fork of cice5 was made, so maybe its not the best thing ?
