Change the styles of selected categories in the events form #10

When I select a category in the New Event page, change the styles so that the user knows that they've selected it (other than the little checkbox.)

This is an all-CSS change.

Alternatively, it might be easier to add a CSS class using JavaScript. This will probably be added while fixing the issue #1
