Deploy GoTrue backend

Expected Behavior

Able to login using git-gateway and custom GoTrue backend.

Specifications

As a documentation author, I would like to login to the cms so that I can add, modify or delete markdown files using a graphical user interface.

Features:

• User should be able to login using their username and password.
• After login, user should be able to add, edit, and remove content from the documentation.

Development Tasks:

• Deploy custom GoTrue backend.
• Set up backend.
• Set up users.
• Modify Decap CMS configuration.
