In #9, the config and launch files were copied from the humble branch of the Universal_Robots_ROS2_Driver repository.

The most recent UniversalRobots/Universal_Robots_ROS2_Driver#1227 sheds some light on the issue. Three of the controllers listed above are mentioned as not working.
