I have a clean waveform that I am running through the batch predictor, but when it runs through the PhaseNet batch predictor it looks like it is modifying the waveform, and I end up with two P/S picks instead of one. What can I adjust so that it doesn't edit the waveform? See image attached.

Hi, the change of amplitude is from normalization. For a long sequence, the normalization is done using short windows of 30s. If you cut a 30s window as input, the waveform won’t change.
