To enhance the development workflow and guarantee the consistent deployment of the most recent AISdb-client updates to PyPI, we suggest establishing a GitHub Actions Workflow. This automation will facilitate the build and release process, seamlessly publishing the package to PyPI with each new commit to the main branch.

The task has been put on hold because the 'aisdb-client' is housed in a private repository, and the monthly allowance for GitHub Actions has been exceeded.

A public repository would not be subject to usage limitations.

The code has been prepared for merging; however, we are currently encountering a blockage where the CI is unable to construct the package for Linux on s390x and ppc64le architectures. For further details, refer to Issue #19

The pull request is poised for finalization and requires just one more approval to proceed. For review and approval, kindly refer to PR #21 @gabrielspadon @JayKumarr
