Occurs when trying to create an instance from Xenial image with "m1.small" flavor:

Error: Failed to perform requested operation on instance "xenial1", the instance has an error status: Please try again later [Error: Build of instance f1f331ec-ccad-449e-a2b9-12c44fd76c9f aborted: Block Device Mapping is Invalid.].
