I've installed both Translucent Flyouts 3.1.1 and TranslucentFlyoutsConfig without any problems. (The console windows ran; all green; no error messages; and the symbol files were downloaded or so it seemed to say. The registry keys at Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TranslucentFlyouts have been created, and TranslucentFlyoutsConfig is setting them. However, nothing at all then happens - there simply is no impact on the appearance of windows whatsoever, for any setting, regardless of whether the keys are set through TranslucentFlyoutsConfig or manually as per the the configuration docs. Am I alone in this? (Am I doing something wrong?) I've checked the log of the AntiVirus software, and it doesn't have anything about blocking anything relevant.

Not quite sure why, but someone else did have this problem.

Same. Does nothing. No visible change. Config tool doesn't have any affect either.

Latest build of Win 10.

EDIT: It works actually. I had to exit the shell installer before any of the changes actually took affect for some reason
