BLProfiler: write traces in TrackEvent (Perfetto) format #3916

It would be great if it were possible to read BLProfiler traces using modern tools, such as Perfetto.

The Perfetto TrackEvent format is documented here: https://perfetto.dev/docs/reference/synthetic-track-event

I am happy to do this, but it will take some time.
