Dropdown is missing after clicking on multi-step form's previous button

Hello.
I have installed this plugin and everything seems to work fine. But there is a slight issue.

Here's how to reproduce the issue:

1. Create a multi-step form in 2 steps
2. Add phone field in the first step
3. Add another field in the second step
4. Now, open the form
5. Fill in the phone field in the first step
6. Click the next button
7. Click the prev button

After the steps above, you should see the country flag dropdown is now missing.
Is there a solution for that?
