SyGN Example Request

Dear ANTs tean:

Hi, I'm an undergraduates student just start in computer science field. I'm trying to help my professor to build brain atlas using the SyGN method I found in [1].

I'm wondering if there's a specific command for SyGN or I have to use separate features in ANTs to do SyGN step by step? Could you please provide some example of doing SyGN or indicate what are the features of ANTs that I will need to use in SyGN?
