Quick Link and "Know more" Links Not Working in Project and Idea Sections

Description:
In the project section, the "Quick Link" is not functioning as expected for routing. Similarly, in the Idea section, the "Know more" links are also not working.

Instead, only the headings are triggering the routing actions. This issue affects the user experience as the intended clickable elements are not responding correctly.

Expected Behavior:
Both the "Quick Link" in the project section and the "Know more" links in the Idea section should trigger routing and navigate to the respective pages.

Actual Behavior:
Only the headings are functioning for routing, while the intended clickable elements ("Quick Link" and "Know more") are not working.
