Describe the bug:
On the website, external links are opening in the same tab instead of opening in a new tab.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to any page with an external link.
Click on the external link.
Observe that the link opens in the same tab.
Expected behavior:
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen:
External links should open in a new tab, not in the same tab.

Desktop:

OS: Windows 11
Browser Chrome
Version 23H2
