Description
The current image of the Google Summer of Code logo is static. We need to make it clickable so that when a user clicks on it, they are redirected to the following URL:
URL: https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/get-started
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Behavior
Clicking on the Google Summer of Code logo should direct the user to the specified URL.
Actual Behavior
The logo is currently not clickable and does not redirect to any URL.
