We had provided an illustration section in this draft https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-li-apn-framework-04#section-6, describing a concrete use case and the possible treatment such as SLA guarantee in the backbone network to the traffic from different departments https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-li-apn-framework-04#section-6.5.
