Most plasma weapons are treated as ballistic weapons

As title suggest, plasma weapons are not actually treated as plasma weapons. While they take Microfusion cells as ammunition, they are countered by ballistic armour instead of energy armour, with the only exception to this being the Plasma Rifle.

Plasma Pistol and Multiplas rifles are treated as ballistics.

While I don't believe that this is intentional, it creates an issue in which the Plasma Rifle is considered a "common" weapon in the trade dock, while being the only plasma weapon capable of dealing heat damage.
