All the curated lists have moved to the name_attributes table which is a kind of EAV (entity-attribute-value) table that allows arbitrary attributes to be associated with a name.

The filters should be reimplemented to use the name_attributes table and join to the default taxonomy via alt names/synonyms as well (taxon_names)
