HyP3 retired --> HyP3 version 2

Hi,
since 30 sept 2021 asf-hyp3 is superseed,
this cause a issue in the building of the conda env 'unavco'
I temp fix the problem deleting asf-hyp3 from the yml file in order to complete successfully the env creation

maybe you are aware of a better fix for the entire framework, many thanks
