trouble with --force option in mamba

I'm having trouble running Create_OSL_Conda_Environments.ipynb to create the earthscope_insar environment on Ubuntu. The problem occurs because the --force option is not available when running mamba env create. Even though I used the -y option instead, the environment is created, but when I run some jupyter notebook, it cannot find some important packages. I also update conda and mamba.

Environment name: earthscope_insar
Installation method: Miniconda + Mamba on Ubuntu
Notebook used: Create_OSL_Conda_Environments.ipynb
