Feature Requst: Toggle under "Expansion Things" for artifact appearences.

What flavo(u)r(s) of WoW are you using?

What problem are you experiencing that led to this feature request?

I am interested in getting transmogs for lots of classes (account mode) but dont particularly care for the single-class specific hidden artifact appearences, so would like a way to diable those (similar to conduits, azerite essences, etc)

What solution would you like?

A toggle should be added under the General>Expansion Things for the Legion expansion's artifact Appearences
